Samples

 

 

Our guidelines for sample processing are quite simple.

 

First, we request that you contact our Technical Sales Department at 508-887-1944 to get the process started. You may be asked to complete our Sample Request Form.

 

Secondly, we request that you submit part drawings illustrating the particular geometries that require deburring. If full, complete drawings cannot be submitted, please provide at a minimum a section of the drawing that shows the deburring geometry. Any part details, drawings or other classified information supplied by you shall remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of TP Manufacturing.

 

After receipt and evaluation of the Sample Request Form and drawing(s), we will advise you how many samples will be needed to ‘hone in’ on the process parameters and if any cost share arrangements need to be made. Typically a sample quantity of 5 pieces is required to identify the ideal process parameters. Any unused samples can either be returned or kept with us to run additional samples if you so desire.
